Job Description:
Position Overview: As a Sales Intern at NXTPRO Sports, you will support our sales team in driving revenue and promoting our high-profile basketball events. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the vibrant sports industry.
Position is unpaid, but will count towards your needed college internship hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential sponsors and partners for our nationwide events.

NXTPRO Sports Marketing Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with our video director and marketing team to support various aspects of our marketing initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in videography, photography, and administrative tasks while contributing to the growth and success of NXTPRO Sports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and Manage Media Files: Assist in organizing, labeling, and maintaining digital media files, including videos and photos, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval.
- Brainstorming Sessions: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas and strategies to promote our events, athletes, and brand.

Experience: Prior experience in videography, photography, or marketing is advantageous but not required. A passion for sports, particularly basketball, is highly desirable.

NXTPRO Internship - Videographer:
NXTPRO Hoops is seeking a passionate individual to join our team in the role of Videographer. As a credentialed media team member, you will be responsible for covering dozens of high-level AAU basketball games during each event. We are offering part-time internship positions nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
Establish and foster positive relationships with athletes, coaches and other NXTPRO team members to create a welcoming environment.
AAU Coverage:
You will be assigned to specific games and events based on your location during the Spring and Summer AAU season. Events will consist of filming 20-30 scheduled games each weekend.
Player Coverage:
Complete a MINIMUM of 10 player highlight videos and a MAXIMUM of 40 videos per event (10-30 seconds in length) with no effects

Lead Basketball Scout - Kansas
About NXTPRO Sports
NXTPRO Sports was created with the desire to innovate the grassroots Tournament, Camp, Recruiting, and Scouting industry. We have many years of combined experiences throughout the basketball realm. NXTPRO offers 19 high-level basketball tournaments in the Midwest where we scout, recruit, and cover players at every level from NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NAIA, NCAA Division III, and JUCO. Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Remote AAU Basketball Scout in Kansas. As a scout, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating talented basketball players participating in High School, Showcases, Camps and in Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball events. Your keen eye for talent and ability to analyze player skills and potential will play a vital role in the success of our scouting efforts. This is a remote position that requires high motivation, excellent communication and organizational skills. Our team is ready to help you succeed! Responsibilities:
1. Player Identification: Watch AAU basketball games and tournaments in person (in the gym) and online to identify talented players who display exceptional skills, athleticism, and potential.
2. Player Evaluation: Assess players’ abilities, including shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, defense, and basketball IQ through video analysis and other scouting tools. One scout is responsible for providing 40 articles a month.
3. Talent Scale: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of scouted players, including detailed profiles and rankings based on potential and performance.
4. Collaborate with the Scouting Team: Work closely with other scouts and the scouting team to exchange information, discuss player evaluations, and collectively identify promising players.
5. Regular Reporting: Provide timely and detailed reports on scouted players, including strengths, weaknesses, and potential, ensuring accurate and comprehensive assessments. One scout is responsible for providing 40 articles a month.
6. Tracking Player Progression: Monitor the development and progress of scouted players over time to provide ongoing insights and recommendations.
7. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with coaches, players, High School and AAU basketball program personnel to enhance the scouting network and stay informed about upcoming events and player updates.
8. Stay Current with Basketball Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of basketball strategies, player development techniques, and industry trends to improve scouting effectiveness.
9. Travel: Travel is required for this position as it is vital to build relationships with players, coaches and important figures in the basketball community. August – March will mostly be local travel within your state. April – July will include some out of state travel for larger tournament coverage of NXTPRO tournaments on the weekends. (Minimum of 5 weekends in the summer)
Qualifications:
1. Deep Basketball Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of basketball rules, player positions, strategies, and player development principles.
2. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to assess and evaluate basketball players objectively, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and potential.
3. Remote Scouting Experience: Previous experience in remote scouting or analyzing basketball talent through video analysis is preferred.
4. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear and concise player evaluations and reports.

We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Remote AAU Basketball Scout in Arizona. As a scout, you will be responsible for identifying and evaluating talented basketball players participating in High School, Showcases, Camps and in Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) basketball events. Your keen eye for talent and ability to analyze player skills and potential will play a vital role in the success of our scouting efforts. This is a remote position that requires high motivation, excellent communication and organizational skills. Our team is ready to help you succeed! 1. Player Identification: Watch AAU basketball games and tournaments in person (in the gym) and online to identify talented players who display exceptional skills, athleticism, and potential.
2. Player Evaluation: Assess players’ abilities, including shooting, ball handling, passing, rebounding, defense, and basketball IQ through video analysis and other scouting tools. One scout is responsible for providing 40 articles a month.
3. Talent Scale: Create and maintain a comprehensive database of scouted players, including detailed profiles and rankings based on potential and performance.
4. Collaborate with the Scouting Team: Work closely with other scouts and the scouting team to exchange information, discuss player evaluations, and collectively identify promising players.
5. Regular Reporting: Provide timely and detailed reports on scouted players, including strengths, weaknesses, and potential, ensuring accurate and comprehensive assessments. One scout is responsible for providing 40 articles a month.
6. Tracking Player Progression: Monitor the development and progress of scouted players over time to provide ongoing insights and recommendations.
7. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with coaches, players, High School and AAU basketball program personnel to enhance the scouting network and stay informed about upcoming events and player updates.
8. Stay Current with Basketball Trends: Continuously update your knowledge of basketball strategies, player development techniques, and industry trends to improve scouting effectiveness.
9. Travel: Travel is required for this position as it is vital to build relationships with players, coaches and important figures in the basketball community. August – March will mostly be local travel within your state. April – July will include some out of state travel for larger tournament coverage of NXTPRO tournaments on the weekends. (Minimum of 5 weekends in the summer)
